Post 8: Favorite subject of the semester

 Hi! On this occasion I would like to talk about my favorite subject of this semester, which is negotiation and decision-making, although the others were not bad either.
In the classes the teacher taught us different means for the same end, which highlights that we saw the integrative, competitive, distributive and associative negotiation, which can be differentiated by the "winners" of the negotiation and on the other hand also that there are more than one method of negotiation but they are equally differentiated by the importance they give to people at the time of conflict resolution.
The reason for my choice is because we did a practical job and at the time of implementing the knowledge I loved the development that the things I was developing had, since it is something that I did not think existed before and I had a thought that negotiation is something automatic Practically but it is more complex and entails greater results if one dedicates the necessary time to it.
